Create partners

Add a partner

To add a partner, go in Partners / All partners menu.

From this grid:

  • Click on the ➕ button to open a partner creation pop up
  • Enter the partner's information you have
  • Only Name and Publication status fields are mandatory
    • Draft status: partner is not displayed on the website, and available only on the back end
    • Preview status: partner is displayed on the website, only in preview
    • Published status: partner is displayed on the live version of the website
  • Once your information filled in, click on SAVE to create the partner.

Partner's options

  • Event themes
    Add one or more themes to this partner: themes linked to this partner will be displayed on the partner detail page and inversely.
    • Click on the button Update
    • Select a theme or click on the button NEW to create one.
  • Package
    Package is assigned through the menu Partners / Packages.
  • Persons invited
    If the partner invited participant through free invitation or a discount code, invited participants will be added here.
  • Quotas
    If the Business Meetings functionality is activated, you can enter partner quotas here.If you authorise partners to send free invitations, partner personal quota will be entered here.
  • Linked partner (parent)
    This field allows you to define which partner is the parent of the partner currently updated (for a company and its brand for example)
  • Booth number
    If you choose a partner template on your website with a booth number, you can fill in it in here.

Partner's specific tabs

By clicking on the partner edition button  , you can access specific tabs:

  • Details
    • Details tab has all the partner's information, entered by the organizer or the partner.
  • Tasks
    • Tasks tab has the list of all tasks assigned to the partner.
    • For each task, in the Done column, you can see if the partner answered the task or not
    • You can assign a new task to the partner by clicking on ➕ and selecting the task
    • You can delete a task for the partner by selecting the task and click on
  • Documents
    • Documents tab has the list of all document assigned to the partner.
    • For each document, in the read column, you can see if the partner read the document or not.
    • You can assign a new document to the partner by clicking on ➕ and selecting the document
    • You can delete a document for the partner by selecting the document and click on
  • Accounts
    • Accounts tab has the list of all participants linked to this partner.
    • You can add a new person by clicking on ➕
    • You can delete a person by selecting the person and click on
  • Scans
    • Scans tab has the list of all participants scanned by the partner
    • You can delete a person by selecting the person and click on
  • Product
    • Product tab has the list of all products and packages assigned to the partner.
    • You can assign a new product or a new package to the partner by clicking on ASSIGN A PRODUCT and ASSIGN A PACKAGE
  • Sessions
    • Sessions tab has the list of all sessions animated by this partner.
    • You can update a session by clicking on
    • You can see participants registered to a session by clicking on "..." and View registered
    • You can assign a new session to the partner by clicking on ➕ and enter session's information
  • Meetings
    • Meetings tab is the list of all networking meetings took on behalf of this partner
    • You can update a meeting by clicking on
    • You can see participants of a meeting by clicking on
    • You can create a new networking meeting on behalf of this partner by clicking on ➕ and enter meeting's information
  • Business Meetings
    • Business Meetings tab is the list of all Business Meetings of the partner
    • You can update a meeting by clicking on
    • You can see participants of a meeting by clicking on
    • You can create a new Business meeting by clicking on ➕ and enter meeting's information
