What should I do if my user account is blocked?
A user may contact you because he has blocked his account in order to access your inwink site (or community). Usually the account is blocked if the user enters the wrong password too many times.
For your information, the account will be blocked for 5 minutes.
You have the possibility to manually unlock a blocked account:
- Go to your client back office
- Audience tab
- Contacts
- Select the contact in question
- Click on the 3 little dots > selection > unlock
