On a session you have the possibility to activate the "Watch Together" option.
What is the purpose of this option?
The watch Together option allows you to watch, share, comment on a session with multiple participants, remotely.
To enable this option, create a session (or edit an existing one) and check the "Allow watch together" box:
➡️ This option is valid for video sources such as inwink live, video file or iFrame (URL).
How to launch a Watch Together?
Go to the session on your published website and when you enter it, you will find a button to start this operation.
Once you click on it, a new screen will appear, and you will be able to copy the link of this session, in order to share it with other participants, via messaging or email. You will then see the new participants arrive.
What to do during the watch together?
All watch together participants can :
- Move forward, backward and pause the proposed video (each participant can take control of the video)
- Chat in real life via the camera and microphone (to be activated)
- Discuss via the "Thread" tab
- See all participants present and those who leave the room
We recommend a watch together session with a maximum of 8 participants.
