How to set up the partner workspace on your community?

The partner space allows you to highlight and give visibility to third party entities on your community.

First of all:

  • Add a partner in your community's back-office to do your tests
  • Add yourself as a member of the partner's team (note that all members added to the partner space will have the administrator role and will be able to manage this space).

Where to configure my partner space?

From your back office: 

If the partner space is not yet created:

  • Go to the back-office of your community
  • Website > site content > Partner Space
  • Click on "Create partner space".

If you have just created a community, this space will automatically be present in your back office. 

By default, 4 pages will be proposed to you:

- The home page

- The partner information page 

- The page presenting the members of the partner team

- The offers

⚠️You have the possibility to create a new empty page, on your partner space, by clicking on the "Add a page" button. It's up to you to feed it afterwards by adding content.

From your CMS


Once you are an administrator member of your partner space:

  • Go to your community
  • Log in
  • Click on the profile icon (top right)
  • Click on the "Partner workspace" button
You will arrive on your partner space.

⚠️ Don't forget to publish the pages of your partner space so that it is operational on your published community.

You will find here the same pages as those filled in the back office.

  • The home tab allows you to discover all the information about the partner, as well as the organizing team that composes it.
  • The partner form tab, (called information page in the back office), proposes to the partner, thanks to a form, to fill in the various fields related to his company, in particular an email field. This field will be displayed on the partner's details page so that he can be contacted directly by members. The partner also has the possibility, in this tab, to add documents and media, which can also be consulted on the partner's page on the website.  
  • The offer tab allows the partner to present offers, which may or may not be visible on the community.
  • The team tab allows you to add collaborators with the administrator role. You can also delete these collaborators by clicking on the trash can icon. 


If you want to add a page in your burger menu (previously created in your partner space, from your back-office):

  • Edit the burger menu
  • Click on the pencil icon
  • Click on Add
  • Name your page then choose as link "inwink page" and select the page you created.
