Publications submitted for validation

The users of your community have a membership level.

In each membership level, you can define the rules for publishing by members.

Depending on the features checked in the membership level, your members have the possibility to submit posts to different places in your community: 

• in the news feed
• share different types of content (articles, documents, videos, events, podcasts...)

1. News feed

On the side of the member who submits the publication

• You are a member of the community, with a membership level, which contains the following option "Publish with moderation", in the news feed.
• You post a message in the community's news feed
• You click on the "Submit" button.
• You will then see your publication, pending validation, which will be visible only to you and the administrator/moderator members.
• Once the publication is validated, you will see it appear on your news feed. 

On the administrator/moderator side, who moderates the publication

• You are the administrator/moderator of your community and you have the possibility to validate publications that have been submitted for validation on the News Feed.
• As soon as a member proposes a publication, you will see a notification on the news feed.
  
• You will have the option to accept (or reject) this post. 

2. Content 

On the side of the member who submits the publication

• You are a member of the community, with a membership level, which contains the following option "Publish with moderation" (for different contents)
• Go to a content page (video page for example)
• If you are authorized to submit content, you will then see the moderation bar
• To add video content, click on the "Add a replay" button
• Fill in all the information > validate 
• You will arrive on a new page click on the draft button > change the publication status to "Proposed" > select the desired dates
• Your video will be proposed and waiting for validation by an administrator 

Administrator/moderator who moderates the publication

• You are administrator/moderator of your community, you can accept the publication of different contents, which have been submitted for validation
• You receive a notification when a content is submitted for validation
• Click on the notification in question
• You will arrive on the page, if you want to validate the publication, you have to change the publication status to "Published
• The content is now validated and visible
