Relaunch orders in the shopping cart awaiting payment
➡️ It is possible to dun people who have accessed the payment screen but have not completed the payment.
You can find this indication in the orders section of your event's back-office, in the "Orders" view, thanks to the "Pending payment" status:
⚠️ Be careful to differentiate between "Basket not complete" and "Awaiting payment" status.
You won't be able to send emails to contacts with "Cart not complete" order status (➡️ these people didn't get to the payment screen, but abandoned their cart between steps 2 and 5 of the ticketing proce
How do I remind people who are awaiting payment?
Remind a specific person:
From the Order tab, you can edit the person's line:
You'll find the generated payment link, which you can send directly to the person in question:
The customer will then be taken to this page, with a summary of the order and a link to the payment platform:
Relaunch several orders from different contacts:
From your event back-office > Emailing > create an order email> Order: Payment reminder email (which you can customize):
Return to your Orders view and add a filter on the order status, so that the view only displays orders "Awaiting payment":
You can then send the email you've created to the current view:
The contact will be able to access the order summary and proceed to payment:
Validate a "Pending payment" payment:
