Be careful: participants mass modification is a functionality which should be used with caution. It is not possible to undo the modification without the help of the inwink technical team. Please be careful and check the filters you added and the modification you chose before any validation.
If some participants need to have the same value for a specific field, you can make an overall update of this value for those participants
Example: all participants who have the Organization category must have the same company, Organizer.
To update all participants in once, form the registered grid:
- Add a filter to display only participants with Organization category
- Click on the button ... on the top left, then on Current view / Edit all in view
- Select the field you want to update, here Company
- Enter the new value, here Organization
- Click on VALIDATE
- Validate again your choice by clicking on VALIDATE :
Update can take few seconds if you have a lot of lines to update.
An "Add the value without overwriting the existing values" option may be available for certain fields that you wish to modify en masse, for example "Attendee categories" :
If you leave this option unchecked, the original values will be overwritten and the new value added.
If you check this option, the original value will be retained and the new value added.
Mass modification can also be done on a lines selection
You then need to click on ... then on Selection / Edit selection.
