What if a participant cannot connect to the website?

It is possible that a participant cannot connect to your site, after having filled in his/her email, indicating the following error: 

"You are not authorized to connect with this email address"  



To resolve this issue, first check to see if the contact is listed in your audience's contact list in the DATA back-office. 


If you don't see the contact in question, go back to your event's back office > All participants tab > select the contact in question. 

Then, make a modification on the participant's file, by editing it (for example, delete a letter from his first name) > save the modification > then re-edit the contact's file and add the missing letter:

Once you have done this, go back to the contacts of your audience, and check if this contact has been added. 

➡️ If yes, you can now ask this contact to try to connect again.
