[Programme](https://help.inwink.com/fr/ev%C3%A8nements?hsLang=fr#programme) # Rôle des intervenants ## Apprenez à organiser les intervenants selon leurs rôles pour optimiser la clarté et la visibilité des sessions dans Inwink. **Pré-requis :** Pour afficher les rôles des intervenants sur les pages de détail des sessions, vous devez d’abord écraser la page existante « Sessions : page détail », pour la recréer ensuite.  Idem pour les gabarits qui affichent des intervenants dans différents blocs ou pages, ils doivent, eux aussi, être recréés pour permettre l’affichage des rôles attribués *(en activant l'option **“Grouper les intervenants par rôles”** pour organiser l’affichage).* ### **Rôle des intervenants** Un **intervenant** est une personne mise en avant dans le programme de l’événement, associée à une ou plusieurs sessions, et disposant d’un espace dédié pour gérer ses informations, tâches et documents.  Le **rôle d’un intervenant** définit sa fonction lors d’une session. Un intervenant ne peut occuper qu’un rôle par session, mais il peut avoir des rôles différents sur plusieurs sessions.  ### **Définir le rôle d’un intervenant** Lors de la création ou de la modification d’un intervenant au sein d'une session, vous pouvez **ajouter un rôle** *(par exemple : Modérateur, Conférencier, Panéliste, Guest, Formateur, etc.).* Pour ajouter un rôle à un intervenant : - Rendez-vous dans le back-office de votre évènement \> onglet ***Programme*** \> **Toutes les sessions** \> Éditer une session \> Onglet ***Intervenant*** : ![Aide en ligne (13)](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Support/Agathe%20-%20Images%20AEL/Aide%20en%20ligne%20(13).jpg?width=670&height=504&name=Aide%20en%20ligne%20(13).jpg) - Créez un intervenant en cliquant sur le bouton "**+**" ou éditez un intervenant déjà créé - Dans la partie ***Affichage*** \>  ***Rôle*** \> cliquez sur le bouton ***Configurer les données :***  ![Aide en ligne (12)](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Support/Agathe%20-%20Images%20AEL/Aide%20en%20ligne%20(12).jpg?width=670&height=297&name=Aide%20en%20ligne%20(12).jpg) - Vous arriverez directement sur la fenêtre permettant de configurer les différentes valeurs du champ, où vous pourrez ajouter tous les différents rôles que vous souhaitez :  ![Aide en ligne (14)](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Support/Agathe%20-%20Images%20AEL/Aide%20en%20ligne%20(14).jpg?width=670&height=111&name=Aide%20en%20ligne%20(14).jpg) **⚠️ L’ordre de la création des rôles** présenté dans le détail du champ détermine l’ordre dans lequel les rôles s’affichent sur **la liste des sessions**, sur **la page de détail d’une session** ou dans les **gabarits**. ![Aide en ligne (23)](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Support/Agathe%20-%20Images%20AEL/Aide%20en%20ligne%20(23).png?width=670&height=353&name=Aide%20en%20ligne%20(23).png) - Rattachez ensuite le bon rôle à l'intervenant et enregistrez vos modifications :  ![Aide en ligne (16)](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Support/Agathe%20-%20Images%20AEL/Aide%20en%20ligne%20(16).jpg?width=670&height=247&name=Aide%20en%20ligne%20(16).jpg)   **⚠️ Important** : Ajouter un rôle implique qu’il sera affiché. Si vous associez un rôle à un intervenant, celui-ci apparaîtra automatiquement. ➡️ Si vous ne souhaitez pas qu’un rôle soit visible, il ne faut donc **pas l’ajouter.** ### **Ordre d’affichage des intervenants** L’ordre d’affichage, paramétré directement dans la fenêtre **" Liaison des intervenants / Session "**, permet de définir la position des intervenants lorsque plusieurs personnes partagent le même rôle. Par exemple, si Agathe et Robert ont tous les deux le rôle **Animateur**, le numéro renseigné dans la case ***Ordre d’affichage*** déterminera leur position dans la liste.
