Le service d'envoi d'emails disponible dans inwink est uniquement dédié à l'envoi d'emails transactionnels et à l'envoi d'emails liés à la participation du visiteur. Avec inwink, l'inscription du participant fait office d'acceptation / d'opt-in du participant qui accepte uniquement de recevoir des emails liés à sa participation à l'événement (confirmation d'inscription, badge électronique, informations pratiques). L'utilisation du service d'email pour tout autre usage (mailing d'invitation, mass mailing post événementiel, email de publicité sur les participants, email contenant des informations non liées à l'événement...) serai non conforme à la réglementation Européenne sur la gestion des données personnelles (RGPD) et peut exposer son utilisateur à des sanctions. ### Qu'est ce qu'un email transactionnel? Dans le contexte événementiel, un email transactionnel est un email qui est envoyé suite à une action d'un utilisateur. Quelques exemples : - Un utilisateur s'inscrit, une confirmation d'inscription est envoyée - Un utilisateur demande des renseignements dans un formulaire, une confirmation de prise en compte est envoyée - Un acheteur achète des billets payants pour un événement, le récapitulatif de sa commande est envoyé - Un utilisateur participe à une session, il reçoit un email de collecte de satisfaction ### Quels autres emails est-il possible d'envoyer? Peut être envoyé tout email dont le contenu est directement lié à l'événement. Quelques exemples : - Informations pratiques - Impression de badge - Mise à disposition de nouveau contenu sur l'événement : agenda, intervenants, sessions, exposants... - Mise à disposition d'une nouvelle fonctionnalité pour les participants : networking, interactivité... - Rappel j-1 de l'événement - Email de remerciement à j+1 ### Quels emails n'est-il pas possible d'envoyer? inwink n'étant pas une plateforme d'invitation ou de mass mailing, si vous souhaitez envoyer massivement des emails à des bases de données de prospects, il est nécessaire d'utiliser un outil de mailing (SendGrid, MailJet, Sendinblue...), un outil de marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot...) ou bien un CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics 365...). Pour simplifier cette intégration inwink dispose de connecteurs temps réel avec plusieurs outils de Marketing Automation et de de CRM. Quelques exemples : - Mailing d'invitation à un événement - Mailing de communication n'ayant aucun lien avec l'événement ou son contenu - Mailing envoyé plus de 7 jours après l'événement Si vous souhaitez toutefois envoyer des emails non liés à votre événement à vos inscrits, il est nécessaire : - De collecter explicitement leurs consentement au moment de l'incription (exemple, avec une case à cocher "souhaitez vous recevoir notre newsletter") - D'utiliser un outil tiers qui n'est pas inwink pour envoyer ces emails Une fois l'événement terminé, le service d'envoi d'email ne doit normalement plus être utilisé, et le CRM doit reprendre le relais. -
