[Networking](https://help.inwink.com/fr/ev%C3%A8nements?hsLang=fr#networking) # Paramétrer le module d'onboarding du networking ## Afin d'accroître le taux d'utilisation du module de networking de votre site web géré avec inwink, le module d'onboarding vous permet d'afficher une pop-up lors de la première connexion d'un utilisateur à votre site l'invitant à configurer son profil ### 1. Aperçu du module d'onboarding sur votre site Le module d'onboarding n'est visible qu'aux participants de votre site se connectant et n'ayant jamais autorisé/refusé le networking. Il faut donc que l'utilisateur de votre site : - soit inscrit - se connecte - n'ait jamais autorisé/refusé le networking dans son espace participant Le module d'onboarding se déroule en 4 étapes : ***![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-45-09-6859-AM.png?width=688&height=223&name=image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-45-09-6859-AM.png)Les 4 étapes de l'onboarding***   Voici le détail des 4 étapes : **1. Première étape** : Le participant est invité à participer au networking. Il peut : - Refuser temporairement en cliquant sur la croix en haut à droite de la fenêtre. Lors de sa prochaine connexion, la pop-up s'affichera de nouveau pour lui proposer de participer au networking. - Refuser définitivement en cliquant sur **"Je ne suis pas intéressé"**. En back-office, le champ **Autoriser le networking** du participant passe alors à *false*. L'onboarding ne lui sera plus proposé, il faudra qu'il active lui-même le networking dans son espace participant s'il change d'avis. - Accepter le networking, en cliquant sur le bouton **"Je participe au networking"** et commencer le paramétrage de son profil. En back-office, le champ **Autoriser le networking** du participant passe alors à *true*. **2. Profil** : Le participant complète les informations de son profil. Le formulaire utilisé est celui de la mise à jour de profil dans l'espace participant. **3. Centres d'intérêt** : Le participant choisit ses [centres d'intérêts](https://help.inwink.com/fr/configuration-des-domaines-de-networking?hsLang=fr).  **4. Clôture** : Le profil du participant a été mis à jour. En cliquant sur **Fermer**, il accède directement à la page networking de son espace participant. ### 2. Configurer l'onboarding Pour activer et configurer le module d'onboarding, rendez-vous dans **l'onglet Mon évènement \> Modules** et cliquez sur le bouton configurer de la case Networking : ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-53-12-7670-AM.png?width=688&height=180&name=image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-53-12-7670-AM.png) Une fenêtre s'ouvre. Activez l'option **Afficher l'onboarding pour les participants**, puis sur le bouton **Configurer les libellés de l'onboarding : ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-55-50-6686-AM.png?width=401&height=124&name=image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-55-50-6686-AM.png)** ⚠️ Une fois l'onboarding activé, **il sera directement visible dans la version live de votre site.** Vous pouvez alors configurer l'ensemble des champs textuels de chaque étape de l'onboarding dans les différentes langues de votre événement. ***![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-56-27-7835-AM.png?width=688&height=660&name=image-png-Jun-13-2024-07-56-27-7835-AM.png)*** Une fois les textes mis à jour, cliquez sur le bouton Valider en bas à droite, puis sur le bouton Enregistrer en haut à droite de l'écran.  L'onboarding est alors activé.
