# Intégration Make

## Cette aide en ligne a pour objectif de vous guider pas à pas dans la mise en place et l’utilisation de l'intégration inwink avec Make et est destinée aux utilisateurs qui souhaitent importer ou exporter des données de manière automatisée.

Cette aide en ligne a pour objectif de vous guider pas à pas dans la mise en place et l’utilisation de l’intégration entre **inwink** et **Make**.  
Elle s’adresse aux utilisateurs souhaitant **importer ou exporter des données de manière automatisée**, afin d’optimiser leurs processus événementiels et marketing.

Grâce à l’intégration Make × inwink, vous pouvez connecter inwink à vos outils externes (CRM, emailing, facturation, tableurs, etc.), synchroniser vos données et déclencher des actions automatiques.

Que ce soit pour créer des contacts, gérer des inscriptions ou lancer des actions après un événement, **Make × inwink vous aide à automatiser efficacement vos workflows**.

### **1. Concepts clés**

- **Make** : plateforme d’automatisation qui permet de connecter inwink avec des outils externes.
- **Webhook** : point de déclenchement qui envoie des données depuis Inwink vers Make.
- **Mapping** : correspondance entre les champs de données Inwink et ceux de l’outil externe (ex. Google Sheets, CRM).

**Cas d’usage courants :**

1. **Exporter des données Inwink** (participants, membres, commandes, enquêtes) vers un outil externe pour du reporting ou du traitement.
2. **Importer des données externes** (CRM, tableurs, formulaires) vers inwink pour créer automatiquement des participants ou des membres.

### **2. Pré-requis**

Avant de commencer, assurez-vous de disposer de :

- Un compte actif sur **inwink** et **Make**.
- Un accès au **back-office inwink** avec les droits nécessaires pour créer et consulter des webhooks.
- Un accès à l’outil externe à connecter (Google Sheets, CRM, etc.) afin d’autoriser la connexion.
- Des connaissances de base de **Make** (création de scénarios et configuration d’actions).

### **3. Exemple concret 1 : Récupérer/ exporter des données depuis inwink vers un outil externe**

À chaque ajout d’un nouveau participant à un événement, une ligne est automatiquement créée dans un Google Sheet.

#### Étapes pour connecter Make à inwink

1. **Connectez-vous  à votre compte Make** ou [créez-en un ici](https://www.make.com/en/register). À ce stade, l’offre gratuite est suffisante pour configurer l’automatisation.  
   Pour des usages plus avancés ou un volume d’exécutions plus élevé, une tarification spécifique à Make pourra s’appliquer. Veuillez vérifier celle-ci la[tarification ici](https://www.make.com/en/pricing).
2. **Créez un scénario** pour automatiser le flux.

3. Cliquez sur **+** pour ajouter un module.
4. Recherchez et sélectionnez inwink.

5. Sélectionnez une **action** correspondant aux données que vous souhaitez récupérer (participant, commande, enquête, membre, société).

6. Cliquez sur le bouton **Créer un webhook**.

8. Cliquez sur le bouton **Créer une connexion** puis s’authentifier avec votre compte inwink (comme pour accéder au back-office).
9. Sélectionnez uniquement celui souhaité.

#### Étapes pour connecter Make à une application tierce (ex. Google Sheets)

5. Connectez-vous à votre Google.
6. De retour sur Make, sélectionnez le document souhaité.

7. Choisissez la feuille de calcul concernée.

#### Étapes pour configurer le mapping dans Make

**Associez les champs inwink aux colonnes de l’outil externe en remplissant les colonnes A, B, C, etc.**

- Les champs proposés par défaut correspondent aux champs standards d’inwink.
- Chaque valeur renseignée correspond à une ligne créée dans Google Sheets.

Dans notre exemple, nous avons choisi d’afficher :

- l’email,
- le nom,
- le prénom du participant.

**Ajouter des champs dynamiques personnalisés via leur clé technique.**

La ligne aura se format : "" ➡️"testtextfiled" étant le clée technique du champ.

**Run once : une seule fois, exécution ponctuelle du scénario.**

### **4. Exemple concret 2 : Ajouter des données dans inwink depuis un outil externe (ex. CRM)**

#### Étapes

1. Dans Make, sélectionner inwink et créer un **scénario**.
2. Dans la partie **Action**, choisir le type de donnée à créer dans Inwink (participant, membre, société, etc.).
3. Connecter l’application externe qui contient les données (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets).
4. Faire le **mapping des champs** : les colonnes externes deviennent des champs inwink.
5. Tester le scénario pour vérifier que les participants ou membres sont bien créés dans Inwink.
6. Sauvegarder et activer le scénario pour une synchronisation continue.

### **5. Astuces et bonnes pratiques**

- Toujours **nommer clairement vos webhooks et scénarios** pour savoir quel flux ils gèrent.
- Vérifier régulièrement les logs de Make pour détecter les erreurs.
- Ne pas modifier les webhooks directement depuis le back-office inwink si le scénario est en production.
- Tous les webhooks créés côté Make apparaissent automatiquement dans le back-office inwink :

- Pour **désactiver un scénario**, il est recommandé de désactiver le webhook à la fois dans Make et dans inwink :

- En cas d’erreur dans le scénario, la synchronisation s’arrête et le **créateur du webhook est notifié par email.**
- Il est conseillé de créer **un scénario par webhook** afin de faciliter le suivi et la maintenance :

- Après toute modification d’un scénario, pensez toujours à **sauvegarder vos changements**.
