Pour cela, rendez-vous dans le back-office inwink, menu **Onsite \> Badges :**  ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-27-2024-11-58-08-9371-AM.png?width=1922&height=662&name=image-png-May-27-2024-11-58-08-9371-AM.png) Cliquez sur le bouton ➕ en haut à gauche de la grille et renseignez les informations de votre badge : - Le nom, correspondant à la catégorie de participant auquel le badge va être assigné - Cochez la case **Est par défaut ?** par si le badge est celui par défaut de votre événement - Cliquez sur le bouton ***CHOISIR UN MODELE*** pour configurer votre badge - Sélectionnez la taille de votre badge : - A4 - A6 - Carte de crédit : 86mm x 54mm - US Letter : 27,94 cm × 21,59 cm - Sélectionnez ensuite le type de disposition que vous souhaitez - QR code sur une ou deux face - Alignement du QR code : centré, gauche, droite - Avec ou sans cadre - Une fois la disposition choisie, cliquez sur ***VALIDER*** en bas à droite La fenêtre qui apparait reprend les premières informations renseignées. **Pour information**, vous pouvez également dupliquer votre badge comme le montre cette [vidéo](https://training.inwink.com/fr/onlinesession/b6c82a9b-3ddf-eb11-94b3-a085fc68b47b) ### Ajout du fond de badge Pour ajouter votre fond de badge préalablement créé, cliquez sur le bouton ***AJOUTER MON FOND DE BADGE*** et sélectionnez votre fichier. Attention : \- Votre fichier doit être vide aux endroits comportant les informations des participants (nom, prénom, société, QR code) \- Le contraste entre le fond de badge et le QR code doit être assez important afin que le scan fonctionne. Les couleurs foncées collées au QR code sont à éviter. Pour connaitre le format attendu par inwink : - Vous pouvez télécharger un fichier type en cliquant sur ***TELECHARGER LE FICHIER ILLUSTRATOR*** | | **Pour les badges A4** | **Pour les badges A6** | **Pour les badges cartes de crédits** | **Pour les badges US Letter** | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | **Dimension** | 2480 x 3508 px en 300 dpi | 298 x 420 px en 300 dpi | 325 x 204 px en 300 dpi | 2550 x 3300 px en 300 dpi | | **Format** | PNG | PNG | PNG | PNG | | **Couleurs** | RGB | RGB | RGB | RGB | ### Tests du rendu du badge Vous pouvez voir un aperçu de votre fond de badge avec le modèle choisi en cliquant sur le bouton ***PREVISUALISER***. Deux options s'offrent alors à vous : - Tester l'aperçu du badge avec les informations d'un participant de l'événement - Tester l'aperçu du badge avec les informations les plus longues contenues dans la liste de vos participants Si le rendu vous convient, cliquez sur le bouton ***VALIDER*** pour enregistrer votre badge.
