Create badges

Badge template selection

You can create participants badge directly from inwink back office.

To do so, go on inwink back office, on the menu Onsite > Badges : 

 

Click on the button ➕ on top left of the grid and fill in your badge information:

  • Name, matching your participant category to which the badge will be assigned
  • Check the box Is default? if this badge will be your event default badge
  • Click on the button CHOOSE TEMPLATE to configure your badges
  • Select your badge size:
    • A4
    • A6
    • Credit card: 86mm x 54mm
    • US Letter : 27,94 cm × 21,59 cm
  • Select then the positioning of information
    • QR code on one or two faces
    • QR code aligment : centered, left, right
    • With or without frame
  • Once positioning chosen, click on VALIDATE on the bottom right

The window that appears will resume all information saved.

Badge background addition

To add your badge background, click on the button ADD MY BADGE BACKGROUND and select your file.

Attention:

- Your file must be empty where participant information will be (last name, first name, company, QR code)

- The contrast between the background of the badge and the QR code must be sufficiently high for the scan to work. Dark colors next to the QR code should be avoided.

To know which format your file must be:

  • You can download an illustrator file by DOWNLOAD THE ILLUSTRATOR FILE
  For A4 badge For A6 badge For credit card badge For US Letter badge

Badge testing

To have a preview of your badge background with the chosen, click on the button PREVIEW.

You then have two options:

  • Test the badge preview with a participant information from your participants list
  • Test the badge preview with the longest participant information from your participants list

If you are satisfied with your badge, click on the button SAVE to save your badge.
