[Programme](https://help.inwink.com/fr/ev%C3%A8nements?hsLang=fr#programme) # Ajouter un intervenant ### Ajouter un intervenant Pour ajouter un intervenant, rendez-vous dans l'onglet **Programme \> Tous les intervenants** :![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-28-2024-02-56-29-1149-PM.png?width=841&height=589&name=image-png-May-28-2024-02-56-29-1149-PM.png) - Cliquez sur le bouton ➕  pour ouvrir la pop-up de création d'intervenant - Au sens inwink, un intervenant est un participant avec une catégorie particulière. Il dispose donc des mêmes informations qu'un participant. - Renseignez les informations de l'intervenant dont vous disposez - Seul le champ **Statut de publication** est obligatoire - Statut **Invisible** : l'intervenant est uniquement dans votre grille dans le back-office - Statut **Preview** : l'intervenant est visible sur le site web, uniquement en preview - Statut **Publié** : l'intervenant est visible de tous sur le site web - Une fois vos informations rentrées, cliquez sur ***ENREGISTRER*** pour créer l'intervenant. ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-28-2024-02-53-47-0782-PM.png?width=1307&height=814&name=image-png-May-28-2024-02-53-47-0782-PM.png) **⚠️ Le statut des intervenants n'est que modifiable depuis la vue de *Tous les intervenants*. Il n'est donc pas possible de modifier le statut depuis la vue de tous les participants (vous ne retrouverez pas la case statut lors de l'édition d'une fiche d'un participant qui est également intervenant).**   ### Les onglets spécifiques à un intervenant En cliquant sur le bouton d'édition d'un intervenant ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2022-08-07-59-13-AM.png) , vous accédez à des onglets spécifiques aux intervenants : - **Détails** - L'onglet **Détails** reprend toutes les informations de l'intervenant, rentrée par l'organisateur ou l'intervenant. - **Timeline** - L'onglet **Timeline** fonctionne exactement comme chez un [participant](https://help.inwink.com/fr/information-dun-participant?hsLang=fr) - **RDV** - L'onglet **RDV** reprend la liste des rendez-vous de networking de l'intervenant - Vous pouvez modifier un rendez-vous en cliquant sur ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2022-08-07-59-13-AM.png) - Vous pouvez voir les participants d'un rendez-vous en cliquant sur ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2022-08-08-22-57-AM.png) - Vous pouvez créer un nouveau rendez-vous de networking pour cet intervenant en cliquant sur "+" et en renseignant les informations du rendez-vous - **Interventions** - L'onglet **Interventions** reprend la liste des sessions animées par l'intervenant. - Vous pouvez modifier une session en cliquant sur ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2022-08-07-59-13-AM.png) - Vous pouvez voir les participants inscrit à une session en cliquant sur  ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2022-08-07-58-99-AM.png) et **Voir les inscrits** - Vous pouvez assigner une nouvelle session à cet intervenant en cliquant sur ➕ et en renseignant les informations de la session - **Tâches** - L'onglet **Tâches** reprend la liste des tâches affectées à l'intervenant. - Pour chaque tâche, dans la colonne **Effectuée**, vous pouvez voir si l'intervenant a effectué et donc répondu à sa tâche ou non. - Vous pouvez assigner une nouvelle tâche à l'intervenant en cliquant sur le bouton  ➕ et en sélectionnant la tâche voulue - Vous pouvez supprimer une tâche assignée en cliquant sur le bouton ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/undefined-Oct-13-2022-08-07-59-36-AM.png) - **Documents** - L'onglet **Documents** reprend la liste des documents affectés à l'intervenant. - Pour chaque document, vous pouvez voir si le document a été lu ou non par l'intervenant. - Vous pouvez assigner un nouveau document au partenaire en cliquant sur le bouton  ➕ et en sélectionnant le document voulu -
