Customise your ticketing service

Add a ticketing service, configure currency, quotas, availability and forms.

Activate the ticketing service

To activate ticketing for your event, go to the back office > configuration > modules > click on the "Configure" button on the registration management card, then activate the "Manage paid registrations" option:

Default c
urrency

Firstly you have to configure a default currency in your event, to do this go to the back office of your event, CONFIGURATION tab > Modules > Registration management > Configure > Default currency:

Check page creation

Once you have activated it, make sure that your ticketing page has been created so that it can be found on your CMS.

From the event back office > website tab > website content > add a page > Registration > Sales :

Personalisation ticketing

When editing the ticketing block, three tabs are available in the menu:

  1. General configuration
  2. Edit steps
  3. Translations

1. General configuration

Ticketing formats

Two formats are available:

  • Multi-product ticketing
Buyers can select multiple badges and tickets during the first pricing selection step.

  • Single-product ticketing
Buyers can only select one badge during the first pricing selection step.

VAT display settings

You can choose how VAT is displayed:

  • Excl. VAT: prices shown without tax.
  • Incl. VAT: prices shown with all taxes included (default).
  • Incl. VAT only in summary: prices shown excl. VAT during the process, then incl. VAT only in the final summary.

Additional options:

  • Show VAT breakdown per product.
  • Show VAT breakdown in the cart.

Cart display settings

  • Show the cart only at the order summary step.
  • Display the discount code field to allow buyers to use a coupon.

Payment method

Two options are available:

  • Use global configuration (inherits payment settings from the event or workspace).
  • Use custom configuration (define specific payment methods for this ticketing setup).

  • Use “Incl. VAT only in summary” to simplify price readability upfront.

  • Activate the discount code field only if you regularly distribute coupons.

Edit steps

Pricing selection

  • Allows participants to choose their badge or ticket.
  • This step can be repositioned in the user journey.

Buyer form

  • Collects billing information (VAT, address, etc.).
  • You can add new fields using the “Add Field” button.
  • Click “Validate” to save changes.
  • This step can be moved before pricing selection if you want to collect billing info first.

Registration form (participant)

  • Collects participant details (e.g. first name, last name, company).
  • These are used by default to generate a personalised badge.
  • You can enrich the form with custom fields.

Form management by pricing

  • Default form: applies to all pricing options/badges.
  • Specific form per pricing: create different forms depending on the selected badge. For example:
    • Exhibitor Badge → form with mandatory “Company Name”.
    • Dinner Badge → form with mandatory “Menu Choice”.

This allows precise adaptation of requested information based on the purchased product.

Adding products directly in the participant form

  • You can add complementary products (e.g. dinner, parking).
  • These will be linked directly to the participant’s badge.
  • The participant will receive a single QR code combining badge + products.
  • This is only possible if products are added via the participant form.

Order summary

  • Final step showing a complete summary of the order (products, pricing, VAT, entered information).
  • This step cannot be removed.

Add, edit or move a step

  • Click “Add a new pricing selection step”.
  • This allows you to organise pricing sales across multiple pages.

Example:

  • Step 1: sell access badge.
  • Step 2: sell dinner ticket.

You can reorder steps by dragging and dropping them (e.g. place buyer form before pricing selection).

Translations & wording customisation

From the “Translations” tab, you can directly edit:

  • Default labels (e.g. “Pricing Selection Step”, “Validate”, etc.).
  • Texts displayed in the ticketing interface (buttons, labels, error messages…).

These changes apply only to the ticketing currently being edited.

  • They do not affect the global wording of all your ticketing setups.
  • You can therefore customise texts for a specific ticketing without impacting others.
