In the event back-office, go to the Website & App > Visual identity > Visual configuration tab:

MAIN ELEMENTS

  • Event logo: add the event’s main logo. This logo will be used on the first page of the networking onboarding, as well as on the mobile device as an icon when adding the WebApp to the homepage.
  • Favicon: add the favicon of your website. The favicon will be displayed in the tab where your website is displayed.
  • Main color: add the website main color. This color will define the background color of the Primary Color Block visual identity, the background color of buttons and the background color of the header menu of your website.
  • Secondary color: add the website secondary color. This color will define the background color of the Secondary Color Block.
  • Light color: add the website light color. This color will define the background color of the Light Gray Block.
  • Dark color: add the website dark color. This color will define the background color of the Dark Block
  • Color palette: add colors to the color scheme that will be suggested during the visual identities' configuration. It is recommended to specify the colors white, black and any other important color of the color chart.

LAUNCH SCREEN

  • Logo: add the logo which will be displayed while the event website is loading
  • Background color: add the background color of the launch SCREEN
  • Text and loader color: add the color of the loading spinner and the message

POP-INS, MODALS AND NOTIFICATION CENTER

  • Notification center theme: associate a theme to the notification panel
  • Pop-in theme: associate a theme to the website pop-in windows (identical to modal windows, but there are no closing cross on the top right).
  • Modal windows theme: associate a theme to the website modal windows (pop-in windows containing a cross to close)

Click on the "Save" button in the top right corner of the screen to apply the modifications:

IMPORT VISUAL IDENTITY FROM A PREVIOUS EVENT

You can import a visual identity from a different event.
This will save you some precious time when you wish to create a new event that shares the visual identity of a past one.
