The event file manager
As an organizer, you can store and manage any type of file from the back-office of your event and/ or community.
To add a file, from the back-office :
- Go to the Website & App > Website content > File
- Click on the button to add your file
- Add a title and your file - The weight limit is 10MB per file.
- Click on the "Save" button
On your event:
On your community:
Your document is now available.
➡️ To download your file, click on the button
➡️ To get and copy the URL of the file, click on the button
After clicking this button, the file URL is copied to your clipboard, you just need to paste the URL into your email or website.
