      The different status of publication on the community

      Here are the different publication statuses that you can find on your community's content

      • Draft
      • Waiting for validation or proposal 
      • Published
      • Archived

      When to use the draft status?
      When the article is being written, it will only be visible in preview.

      When to use the status pending validation or proposed?
      When the article must be validated by a member who has the membership to do so.

      When to use the published status?
      When you decide to make the content visible to the members concerned 

      When to use the archived status?
      When you want the article to be no longer visible on the community, it can nevertheless be put back at any time.

      There are two ways to change the publication status

      • From the back office, by editing one of your contents, you can change your publication status:



      • From your community website (having a status administered for) by going to a content you will be able to change the publication status from the moderation banner:
