Print badges

Badge printing by the organizer

In case the organizer wants to print all the badges for the participants. We recommend that you download all the badges via the back-office > Participants > All registrants > Export > Export documents > PDF badge

A Zip folder will contain one folder per participant badge.

To make printing easier, you can combine all the pdf's into one file, using FoxIt software for example.

Incorrect printing of badges (truncated content, incorrect display). Please check:

  • that the badge content is visible in the preview window
  • that the badge downloaded in PDF format is displayed correctly on a computer
  • that the target printer is correctly configured
  • some printers compress images by default. In the event of printing problems, it may be useful to deactivate this compression in printer > properties, preferences, advanced options.

Before the event

In order to print badges before the event so participants can come on site with their badge pre printed, it is necessary that badges format is A4 paper.

For participants to be able to print their badge, you need to send it by email:

  • One the confirmation email
  • Or on an email send few days before the event to all participants

In both cases, when you create the email, a dynamic field will allow you to add the badge download link.

If you plan to send an email to all participants with the badge link in it, it is necessary to warn your CSM to be sure of the email delivrability.
