As an event organizer or partner, you have the possibility to add partner offers, which will be visible on the published website of the event.
Add a partner offer from the back office of your event
Prerequisite: have created a partner from the partner tab
As an organizer, you can directly add an offer for the partner. To do so:
- Go to the back-office of the event > Partners tab
- Partner offers > click on the + button
- Fill in the necessary information
Don't forget to associate the partner to this offer and to choose the status of this offer (draft, preview or directly published).
Add a partner offer from the partner area
As a partner, you have the possibility to complete a partner offer created by the organizer, or to create one.
By default, the "Offerings" tab is present in the burger menu, in the partner area.
⚠️If you do not want partners to add offers, you can delete this tab, by editing the menu.
A) To modify an existing offer as a partner
The organizer has directly set up a partner offer, linked to it. As a partner and to modify it, follow the steps below:
- Go to your Partner Area
- Offerings tab > click on the "Update" button
B) To add a partner offer as a partner
From your partner space, go to the "Offers" tab > then click on the "Add" button
Fill in all the necessary information for the offer, for example its description, its price, a documentation, then validate.
You will see it (and all other offers related to your partner), on this page.

3 options are available for a created offer: update the offer, unpublish it from the website and delete it.
The green dot means that the offer is published on the site and visible by all.
When you create an offer directly from the partner space, by clicking on the "Add" button, you can click on the "Publish offer on website" button. If your offer is not complete at the moment, you have the possibility to leave it as a draft in your space, by not checking this box.
⚠️ If an offer has already been created before, it may not be directly visible on the site. To make it visible and accessible, please edit this offer by clicking on the edit button > scroll down the offer > then click on the button "Publish offer on website".
Make this offer visible on the published website
Check beforehand that your offer has the published status.
You can see the presentation of these offers in three different places on your site.
1. On the page dedicated to the presentation of all the offers by partners (called Partner Offering List).
2. On a block showing the overview of partner offers (called Offerings teaser)
3. On the partner details page, with a block presenting the offers attached to it. To do this, go to the details page of your partner from your CMS > click on the + to add a block > then add a block of type "Event content" > "Offerings" > Offerings teaser:
You have the possibility to send the user to the detail page of the offer, by clicking on it.
