# Create an inwink live session

## How to create an inwink live session from the inwink back office

### **Prerequisites**

To create an inwink live session, you need credits.

You can check how many credits are available by going to **Clients \> Configurations \> Your inwink Live credits** in your back office.

If you still have credits available in the **Remaining credits** section, you can activate inwink live sessions.

Another solution is also available for creating your online sessions: Sparkup.

### **Create an inwink live session**

Go to your event back office \> **Program \> All sessions**.

- Create a new session or edit an existing one:

- Fill in the information relating to your session: 
    - **Title and description**
    - Choose a room and define a time slot: it is important that your live session has a specific start time.
    - Select the session type: for the **Activate inwink live** button to be displayed, the session type must be set to **Online session**.

- Select at least one person to act as a **speaker** and a **moderator**. The same person can have both roles during the live session.
- Click the "Activate inwink Live"  button located to the right of the **Video source** field:

A pop-up window will open and ask you to confirm whether you want to use your credits.   
Click "I agree".

Once this is done, the **Video source** field will automatically be set to **inwink live:

- If you want to include a **Chat** tab, a **Q&A** tab or an **Interactivity** tab in your online session, simply select the corresponding options. These features help encourage participant interaction and engagement during the session.
- Save your changes.
