# Relance de paiement sur une communauté
## Relancer les commandes en attente de paiement
➡️ Si vous utilisez une billetterie sur votre communauté, vous pouvez relancer les personnes qui ne sont pas allées au bout du paiement.
Vous trouverez cette indication depuis le back-office de votre communauté, dans la vue **"Commandes"**, grâce au statut **"En attente de paiement" **:

### Comment relancer les personnes en attente de paiement ?
#### **Relancer une personne spécifique :**
Depuis l'onglet **Vente \> Commandes**, vous pouvez éditer la ligne du contact :
Vous retrouverez **le lien généré de paiement**, que vous pourrez envoyer à la personne directement :
Le contact sera alors dirigé vers cette page, avec un résumé de la commande et un lien le redirigeant vers la plateforme de paiement :

#### Relancer différentes personnes :
Depuis le back-office de votre communauté \>** Emailing **\> créer un email de type **Commandes** \> **Commande : Relance de paiement ***(que vous pouvez personnaliser)* :
Retournez sur la vue de vos commandes et ajoutez un filtre sur le statut de la commande, de sorte que la vue n'affiche que les commandes "En attente de paiement" : 
Vous pouvez ensuite envoyer l'e-mail que vous avez créé, à la vue actuelle :
Le contact pourra accéder au récapitulatif de la commande et procéder au paiement.

Valider un paiement "En attente de paiement" :
Si vous avez reçu le paiement d'une commande *(sur facture ou en ligne, par un autre moyen que le mode de paiement utilisé sur votre site)*, vous pouvez valider la ligne de commande manuellement :
