Si au contraire vous avez des positionnements différents par audience, et que vos cibles de contacts sont différentes, vous allez avoir besoin de créer plusieurs audiences. C’est généralement le cas si vous adressez des secteurs très différents, ou si vous souhaitez mettre en avant différentes marques. Retrouvez ci-dessous les recommandations de structuration. #### Il est vivement recommandé pour chaque audience d’avoir les configurations suivantes : - **Un nom de domaine d’envoi d’emails :** Un seul nom de domaine d’envoi d’emails peut être configuré par audience, il doit donc être générique, un même nom de domaine d’envoi d’emails peut être utilisé sur plusieurs audiences > Par exemple sur l’audience « inwink » qui regroupe des évènements et une communauté, nous pourrions décider que le nom de domaine d’envoi des emails est @experiences.inwink.com > L’adresse d’envoi n’a pas besoin d’exister et pourrait être agathe@experiences.inwink.com (il est recommandé d’utiliser un prenom ou un terme générique comme registration@experiences.inwink.com plutôt que info@experiences.inwink.com ou contact@experiences.inwink.com qui peuvent être automatiquement classés en spam pour certaines boites mails). - **Un nom de domaine unique (site racine) :** Le site racine peut être une landing page de mise en avant de vos évènements, ou juste servir à l’industrialisation de la création de vos évènements et dans ce cas rediriger vers le site de votre choix, par exemple votre site institutionnel. - **Pour vos évènements ou communautés, des noms de domaines personnalisés peuvent être utilisés.** Côté back-office inwink, chaque édition aura son propre back-office évènement. Mais chaque année la nouvelle édition utilisera le nom de domaine personnalisé. Bascule à effectuer lorsque vous serez prêt à lancer les inscriptions pour la nouvelle édition. > Si vous souhaitez que les sites web des éditions des années précédentes restent accessibles, il est recommandé d'utiliser la configuration site racine.
