[Salesforce](https://help.inwink.com/fr/connecteurs?hsLang=fr#salesforce) # Présentation du connecteur Salesforce **Prérequis pour configurer le connecteur Salesforce :** Avoir un compte Salesforce et disposer du rôle d'administrateur. ### Fonctionnalités du connecteur Chaque événement inwink qui doit être synchronisé doit être lié à une campagne Salesforce. **1 événement inwink = 1 campagne Salesforce** Le connecteur Salesforce utilise les objets "Contact", "Lead", "Campaign" et "CampaignMember" (qui peut être enrichit avec des données liées à l'événement). Le connecteur Salesforce permet de synchroniser les inscrits/participants d’un événement inwink avec Salesforce sous la forme : - D’un campaign member - D’un contact - D’un lead Par défaut, les informations des participants remontées sont les suivantes : - Mail - Prénom - Nom - Fonction - Société (si Lead côté Salesforce) - Statut inscrit / présent dans la campagne Salesforce correspondant à l'événement inwink D’autres champs additionnels peuvent être remontés en live. Voici les types de champs qui peuvent être synchronisés depuis inwink vers Salesforce, et les types de champs correspondant dans Salesforce. ### Présentation du flux ![Présentation du flux entre inwink et Salesforce sur une campagne](https://storageprdv2inwink.blob.core.windows.net/bohelp/assets/pictures/14_Configuration/2_Integration_outils_tiers/5_Synchronisation_Salesforce/FR_Salesforce_1.png)***Présentation du flux entre inwink et Salesforce sur une campagne***   En se basant sur l'email du participant inwink : - Si l'email du participant inwink correspond à l'email d'un contact/lead Salesforce, le connecteur actualise le profil du contact avec l'information Inscrit, Présent à la campagne - Si l'email du participant inwink ne correspond pas à l'email d'un contact/lead Salesforce, le connecteur peut créer automatiquement un contact/lead avec les informations suivantes : nom, prénom, email, société, poste. La personne est aussi ajoutée à la campagne avec l'information Inscrit / Présent à la campagne. En complément, il est possible de demander à inwink d'actualiser les données des Contacts/Leads Salesforce avec les informations entrées par ces Leads/Contacts au moment de leur inscription à votre événement géré avec inwink. ***Point d’attention** Le connecteur inwink Salesforce ne permet pas de remonter de la donnée depuis Salesforce vers inwink.*   -
