# Nouveauté sur le suivi des statuts d'inscriptions (au 5 décembre 2025)

## inwink améliore la gestion des inscriptions sur les évènements, pour offrir plus de flexibilité et de clarté.

### **Formulaires et quotas d’inscription**

Chaque **formulaire d’inscription gratuit** peut désormais être associé à un **quota**, afin de limiter le nombre de participants.

- Si le quota est atteint, deux options sont possibles :
  
    1. **Clôturer le formulaire** : plus aucune inscription n’est possible.
    2. **Activer la liste d’attente** : les participants supplémentaires sont automatiquement placés dans le statut **“Sur liste d'attente”**.

Le statut **“Sur liste d'attente”** est un statut d'inscription **par défaut** créé pour faciliter la gestion des listes d’attente. 

### **Nouveau champ statut d’inscription**

Le champ précédent **“Est inscrit”,** que l'on trouvait sur une fiche participant, est maintenant remplacé par le champ **“Statut d’inscription”**. Cette évolution permet :

- De suivre plus facilement les participants actifs.
- De rajouter l’option **“Sur liste d'attente”** pour les personnes sur liste d’attente.

Rassurez-vous : vos réglages et données restent inchangés, tout fonctionne comme avant.

Vos déclencheurs d’e-mails existants utilisant **“Est inscrit”** continueront de fonctionner normalement. Pour les nouveaux mails ou si vous supprimez l’ancien champ, utilisez **“Statut d’inscription”** pour vos conditions.

Pour ajouter des conditions, utilisez le champ **“Statut d’inscription”** qui remplace **“Est inscrit”**.

### **Suivi du nombre d’inscrits**

Grâce à ce système, vous pouvez désormais suivre :

- Le **nombre d’inscrits** via chaque formulaire.
- Les participants **en liste d’attente**, grâce au nouveau statut.

Ces améliorations rendent la gestion des inscriptions plus transparente et simplifient le suivi des participants, que le quota soit atteint ou non.
