# Notification de nouveaux contenus

## Créer et paramétrer le mail de notifications des nouveaux contenus et son automatisation.

Sur votre communauté, vous avez la possibilité de configurer un mail de notifications de nouveaux contenus. 

➡️ permet de prévenir l'utilisateur des dernières activités de la communauté 

➡️ incite l'utilisateur à se connecter à la communauté 

### **Créer le modèle d'email**

Depuis le back-office, rendez-vous sur **onglet Emailing \> Modèles d'emails.**  Cliquez sur le **+** puis sélectionnez le mail de type **Adhérents \> Mail d'informations de nouveaux contenus** :

L'email créé, il vous reste à le configurer.

Cliquez sur le bouton **"Personnaliser"**, le contenu par défaut s'affiche :

Vous avez la possibilité de : 

- Choisir le type de contenus entre **les nouveaux contenus** et les **recommandations** *(les contenus affichés dans le mail sont triés par date de publication décroissante)*

- Afficher **l'illustration miniature** de vos contenus

- Choisir le **nombre de contenus maximum à afficher**

- Donnez **un titre** au bloc

Vous pouvez également ajouter d'autres blocs dans cet email, afin de le personnaliser. 

Vous pouvez ajouter ce bloc **"Contenus"** sur n'importe quel type de template d'emails de votre communauté.

### Relier le modèle de mail à une notification

Rendez-vous dans le back-office \> **onglet Emailing \> envoi automatique**, puis **associez votre mail de nouveaux contenus** à cette notification :

- Sélectionner le template d'email souhaité en cliquant sur modifier
- Sélectionner le **nombre de jours écoulés depuis la dernière activité** du membresur la communauté (*nécessite que le membre se soit connecté au moins une fois*)
- Sélectionner le **nombre de contenus** devant avoir été publiés depuis la dernière activité du membre sur la communauté (*aucun email n'est envoyé si le nombre de nouveaux contenus est inférieur au minimum défini*)
- Sélectionner l'heure d'envoi de l'email (*Seule l'heure peut être choisie, les minutes ne sont pas configurables*)
