## Comment utiliser un lien sécurisé dans les emailing pour finaliser l'inscription d'un participant/membre présent en base ou permettre la mise à jour de données sans être connecté ?

### Pourquoi utiliser des liens sécurisés ?

Les liens sécurisés permettent : 

- aux participants/membres de **s'inscrire à l'événement/à la communauté, même s'ils sont déjà présents dans le back-office**.   
  En effet, une personne déjà présente dans une liste  de participants/membres back-office ne peut pas remplir le formulaire d'inscription pour passer en statut inscrit sans utiliser un lien sécurisé.
- aux participants/membres de **mettre à jour leurs données via un formulaire d'inscription sans être connecté.**   
  En effet, un participant/membre ne peut pas mettre à jour ses données dans un formulaire de mise à jour s'il n'est pas connecté à l'événement/à la communauté.

### Comment paramétrer un lien sécurisé ?

Les liens sécurisés peuvent uniquement être créés dans un emailing.

Pour créer un emailing avec lien sécurisé : 

- Créez/éditez un emailing
- Cliquez sur le bouton présent dans l'emailing
- Dans l'encadré "Contenu" à gauche, choisissez le type d'URL "Lien vers page du site sans connexion"
- Sélectionnez la page contenant votre formulaire d'inscription
- Cochez l'option "Lien sécurisé"

L'email reçu par le client contiendra un lien sécurisé. C'est à dire que l'URL contiendra un identifiant permettant à inwink de reconnaitre sa fiche participant/membre, et donc de lier/mettre à jour ses données en back-office.

### Cas d'usage

#### Le participant/membre est déjà présent dans le back-office et doit s'inscrire

- Vous avez **importé** vos (futurs) participants/membres dans le back-office, avec des champs dont vous avez déjà connaissance (par exemple : le pays, le poste, la société, etc.).   
  Pour un événement, ces participants/membres sont importés dans la liste des **non incrits**.   
  Vous souhaitez qu'ils valident leurs inscriptions en remplissant le formulaire d'inscription.
- Les participants/membres étant déjà présents dans le back-office (même s'ils sont non inscrits), sont considérés comme déjà inscrit à l'événement/à la communauté,. S'ils remplissent le formulaire d'inscription en y accédant via le site de l'événement/de la communauté, ou via un lien "standard" ils auront un message de fin bloquant, leur indiquant qu'ils sont déjà inscrits.
- Pour palier cela, nous vous invitons à **créer un emailing avec un lien sécurisé**. Les participants/membres devront absolument passer par cet emailing pour s'inscrire, sinon ils auront l'erreur. Le lien sécurisé contient un identifiant permettant de relier les informations à la fiche participant/membre, le participant/membre pourra valider son inscription. Ses données seront mises à jour sur sa fiche participant/membre.

#### Le participant/membre s'est déjà inscrit, et doit mettre à jour des données à votre demande

- Les participants/membres sont **inscrits** (soit par vous via le back-office, soit eux-mêmes via le formulaire d'inscription)
- Vous avez besoin d'avoir une information supplémentaire pour chaque participant. Vous avez donc créé un nouveau champ, que vous avez ajouté sur un nouveau formulaire (qui est donc un formulaire de mise à jour des données)
- Vous souhaitez que l'expérience participant/membre soit la meilleure, et qu'il puisse **saisir cette information le plus rapidement possible, sans se connecter**. Vous créez donc un emailing avec un lien sécurisé renvoyant vers la page contenant le formulaire de mise à jour. Le participant/membre recevant l'email peut renseigner le champ sans avoir à se connecter. L'information remontera bien dans le back-office.

### **Lien avec pré-remplissage du formulaire**  :

- L'utilisation d'un lien sécurisé de type "*Lien vers page du site sans connexion*" ne permet pas le pré-remplissage des champs du formulaire d'inscription/mise à jour.
- **Pour permettre ce** **pré-remplissage,** il est nécessaire d'ajouter un lien sécurisé manuel, **via URL**, en entrant le code ci-dessous dans le champ du lien et en y ajoutant les **champs dynamiques** nécessaires au pré-remplissage

😀 Pas d'inquiétude, les champs dynamiques seront automatiquement remplacés par les informations du participant/membre enregistrées dans le back-office de l'événement/de la communauté,.
