Ces données sont synchronisées en temps réel dans le Back-Office inwink. Pour configurer le module inwink Onsite, rendez-vous sur le back-office de votre évènement puis sur l'onglet Onsite \> inwink Onsite \> Configuration.   ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-10-2026-12-02-09-8943-PM.png?width=670&height=313&name=image-png-Jul-10-2026-12-02-09-8943-PM.png) **⚠️✍️A noter**, depuis un ordinateur, quelque soit l'application, **le scan n'est possible que via l'utilisation d'une scannette/douchette externe.** La caméra ou les webcams installées sur l'ordinateur ne permettent pas d'effectuer le scan. ### Scans de session #### Configuration back-office Suivez les étapes suivantes afin de pouvoir scanner vos participants à l'entrée de vos sessions : 1. [Créez vos salles](https://help.inwink.com/fr/creer-et-gerer-un-planning-de-sessions?hsLang=fr) de sessions ainsi que les créneaux horaires disponibles par salle 3. Affectez les sessions dans leur salle respective pour former votre planning global #### Mise en place du scan sur l'application Pour activer le scan sur l'application, suivez les étapes ci-dessous : 1. Ouvrez votre application inwink Onsite sur votre matériel de scan 2. Allez sur le modes **Scan** 3. Choisissez votre salle et votre créneau horaire 4. **Vérifiez que le nom de la session correspond à la session voulue** 5. Scannez vos participants à l'entrée des salles ### Scans de contrôle d'accès #### Configuration back-office Suivez les étapes suivantes afin de pouvoir scanner vos participants sur une zone précise de votre événement (accueil, escaliers, etc.) : - Créer vos zones de scan depuis le menu **inwink Onsite / Zones de scan**  ***Une zone de scan est équivalente à une salle de session et vous permet de scanner vos participants à des points spécifiques de votre événement, en dehors de l'accueil et des salles de sessions.*** #### Mise en place du scan sur l'application Pour activer le scan sur l'application, suivez les étapes ci-dessous : 1. Ouvrez votre application inwink Onsite sur votre matériel de scan 2. Allez sur le module **Scan** 3. Choisissez votre zone de scan et votre créneau horaire 4. **Vérifiez que le nom de la zone correspond à la zone voulue** 5.
