# Gestion des appels à candidatures et des évaluations

## Découvrez les fonctionnalités du module d’appel à candidatures inwink : export Excel enrichi, gestion des évaluateurs et optimisation des évaluations.

### **1. Export Excel avancé des candidatures**

Vous pouvez réaliser un export Excel enrichi depuis les dossiers soumis à un appel à candidatures. 

#### **Fonctionnement**

Cet export reprend les données classiques, avec une colonne pour chaque évaluateur et pour chaque champ du formulaire d'évaluation. Il est donc maintenant possible d’exporter les dossiers d’un appel à candidatures avec un export enrichi, similaire à l’export global, mais incluant une colonne par évaluateur avec ses notes.

#### **Exemple**

Si votre formulaire d'évaluation contient les champs suivants :

- note1
- note2
- commentaireA

Et que deux évaluateurs sont assignés (Paul et Pierre), l’export contiendra les colonnes suivantes :

- Paul : note1
- Paul : note2
- Paul : commentaireA
- Pierre : note1
- Pierre : note2
- Pierre : commentaireA

👉 Cela permet une **analyse détaillée des évaluations individuelles** directement dans Excel, avec autant de colonnes par évaluateur que de champs dans le formulaire d'évaluation.

### **2. Attribution en masse des relecteurs**

Vous pouvez assigner des évaluateurs à plusieurs candidatures en une seule action.   
Pour cela, 

- Accéder à la liste des candidatures
- Sélectionner plusieurs dossiers (ou une vue complète)
- Ajouter des évaluateurs en masse

### **3. Amélioration de la grille des candidatures**

#### Nouvelles colonnes

La grille affiche désormais :

- Les évaluateurs
- Les auteurs

Vous pouvez : 

- Filtrer sur les colonnes Évaluateurs et Auteurs
- Retrouver ces informations également dans l’export Excel
- Accéder simplement aux informations "Auteur" et "Évaluations" en ouvrant la fiche de la candidature directement.

### **4. Gestion des conflits d’intérêt (dans l'espace jury)**

#### Évolution du calcul des notes

- Si une note n’est pas renseignée, elle est désormais considérée comme **vide (null)**
- Elle n’est plus comptabilisée comme 0 dans la moyenne

👉 Cela garantit une moyenne plus juste.

#### Gestion des conflits d’intérêt

Il est maintenant possible d’adapter le formulaire d’évaluation pour gérer les conflits d'intérêt en tant qu'évaluateurs, lors de l'évaluation d'une candidature, pour cela, au niveau du formulaire d'évaluation : 

- Ajouter un champ à cocher : **“Conflit d’intérêt”**
- Configurer un affichage conditionnel : 
    - Si la case est cochée → les champs de notation sont masqués
    - Les notes ne sont pas saisies

#### Résultat

- Les notes restent **nulles**
- Elles ne sont **pas prises en compte dans la moyenne**

👉 Cela permet de **respecter les règles d’éthique** tout en **conservant la cohérence des calculs.**
