[Grilles](https://help.inwink.com/fr/les-indispensables?hsLang=fr#grilles) # Guide étape par étape : comment importer des logos et images d'entités dans le back-office ## Maitriser le processus d’importation des logos et images d'entités dans le back-office pour vos évènements et communautés. 📁 Prérequis :  Avant de commencer, assurez-vous : - De disposer sur votre ordinateur d’un **dossier regroupant tous les logos**, **images et documents des entités à importer**. - Que le nom de chaque fichier image correspond bien à ce que vous renseignerez dans votre **fichier Excel**. 💡 Vous pouvez **importer des documents ou des images** (pour les participants, intervenants, sociétés, etc.). Dans cet exemple, nous allons importer le logo d’un partenaire  ### **Étape 1 – Exporter les données existantes** 1. Rendez-vous dans le **back-office inwink**, dans la grille des partenaires. 2. Exportez les **3 colonnes suivantes** : - ID du partenaire - Nom du partenaire - Logo   ![Aide en ligne (6)](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-4.jpeg?width=670&height=344&name=undefined-4.jpeg) ### **Étape 2 – Préparer le fichier Excel** 1. Ouvrez le fichier **Excel exporté.** 1. Dans la colonne Logo, **renseignez le nom du fichier image**, en reprenant exactement **le même intitulé que sur votre ordinateur, suivi de l’extension du fichier** (ex. : monlogo.png, societeX.jpg, etc.). 1. Retournez dans le back-office, dans la grille concernée (ex. : Évènement \> Tous les partenaires). 2. Cliquez sur la **flèche d’import** et sélectionnez le fichier Excel que vous venez de créer. 3. Cliquez sur le bouton "Enregistrer". 2.
