[Billetterie](https://help.inwink.com/fr/ev%C3%A8nements?hsLang=fr#billetterie) # Créer un tarif ## Qu'est-ce qu'un tarif, comment créer un tarif ? ### Créer un tarif Un tarif correspond à un badge, un produit ou à un ensemble de produit (package) qu'un acheteur ou un participant va acheter dans le cadre d'un événement. --- La création d'un tarif se fait depuis le back-office inwink en se rendant dans le menu **Vente \> Tarifs.** ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Feb-26-2024-10-57-06-4707-AM.png?width=255&height=240&name=image-png-Feb-26-2024-10-57-06-4707-AM.png) Au clic sur le bouton ➕  en haut à gauche de la grille, la fenêtre ci-dessous s'ouvre : ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-06-2025-12-01-04-0666-PM.png?width=670&height=492&name=image-png-Oct-06-2025-12-01-04-0666-PM.png) #### Informations obligatoires : - **Nom** : correspond au nom du tarif/ticket **👉 Ce nom sera affiché dans la billetterie** - **Type de tarif** : - **Badge nominatif** : un badge nominatif est un ticket unique pour l'accès à un **événement BtoB** - **Produit du catalogue :** un produit présent dans le catalogue et pouvant être un **ticket usage unique** ou un **ticket à usage unique par jour** - - **Package** : permet de créer un **ensemble de tarif** et d'attribuer un prix pour cet ensemble. Il est possible de cumuler plusieurs types de tarif dans un package Une fois "**Package**" choisi, un champ "**Contenu du package"** apparait et permet de sélectionner le tarif et la quantité à ajouter. L'opération est à recommencer pour tous les produits à ajouter dans le package  ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Dec-08-2023-01-41-24-7761-PM.png?width=400&height=287&name=image-png-Dec-08-2023-01-41-24-7761-PM.png) - **Statut de publication** : choisir le statut de publication du tarif  **👉** L'affichage sur le site web nécessite le statut "**Publié**" - **Prix HT** : Le prix TTC sera calculé automatiquement avec la TVA - **TVA** : en pourcentage - **Devise** : devise du tarif, à modifier si besoin #### Options de création d'un tarif, non obligatoire : - **Quota** : le quota correspond au nombre de tickets total pouvant être vendus pour l'événement - **Quantité maximale** : correspond au nombre de tickets max qu'une personne peut acheter par commande - **Date de disponibilité** et **date de fin de disponibilité** : Les tickets apparaissent et disparaissent de la billetterie en fonction de ces dates - **Catégorie de participant** : vous pouvez assigner une ou plusieurs catégories dès qu'un ticket est acheté pour un participant **👉** Une **catégorie de participant** peut être définie **dans un tarif**, mais aussi dans un **[code de réduction](https://help.inwink.com/fr/creer-des-codes-de-reduction?hsLang=fr)**. Si un code de réduction comportant une catégorie est appliqué à un tarif comportant une autre catégorie, le participant aura alors les deux catégories   Au clic sur ***ENREGISTRER,*** le tarif est créé  ➡️ Vous pouvez également **dupliquer un tarif déjà créé.**   ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-06-2025-12-04-08-1780-PM.png?width=365&height=293&name=image-png-Oct-06-2025-12-04-08-1780-PM.png) Par défaut, il reprendra l'intitulé du tarif dupliqué, avec la mention "(Copie)", n'oubliez donc pas à modifier son titre.  --- ### Ordre d'affichage des tarifs/tickets dans le module de sélection sur le site - L'ordre d'affichage des tickets **dépend prioritairement de la date de validité** du ticket. - Les tickets arrivant les premiers à expirations en premier, seront situés en premier dans la billetterie. **Sans date de validité,** les tickets s'afficheront par **ordre alphabétique**.    --- ### Information sur les tickets commandés Une fois que tous les tarifs ont été créés et que les ventes sont ouvertes aux participants, sur la grille "**Tarifs**" dans le back-office, il est possible, par ligne : - de voir le nombre de tickets achetés en affichant la colonne **Infos / NB.
