[Commercialisation](https://help.inwink.com/fr/commercialisation?hsLang=fr) # Créer et organiser votre catalogue de produits ## Structurez votre catalogue de produits pour proposer aux exposants des prestations adaptées à leur parcours. Le catalogue regroupe les différents produits et prestations que vous souhaitez proposer à vos exposants. Ces produits peuvent être liés à une offre de stand, proposés pendant le parcours initial ou être disponibles en achat additionnel. #### **Quels produits pouvez-vous proposer ?** Vous pouvez par exemple commercialiser : - du mobilier - de l'électricité - du Wifi - des badges supplémentaires - des prestations de communication - des options de stand - des prestations techniques ou logistiques - des produits de visibilité ou de sponsoring. #### **Où ça se passe dans le back-office ?** Rendez-vous dans le back-office de votre événement \> **Commercialisation \> Produits :  ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Sep-14-2026-12-22-58-7532-PM.png?width=670&height=605&name=image-png-Sep-14-2026-12-22-58-7532-PM.png)** Pour organiser le catalogue, utilisez également les catégories et sous-catégories disponibles dans les paramètres de vos produits.  --- ### **1. Préparer votre catalogue** Avant de commencer la création ou l'import de vos produits, préparez les informations dont vous aurez besoin. Pour chaque produit, prévoyez :  - son nom - sa référence si nécessaire - sa description - son prix - sa catégorie ou sous-catégorie - sa quantité disponible, si elle est limitée - ses éventuelles règles de commercialisation. --- ### **2. Créer vos catégories et sous-catégories** Les catégories permettent de structurer votre catalogue et de simplifier la recherche côté exposant. Par exemple : **Électricité** - Prise électrique - Puissance supplémentaire **Mobilier** - Chaise - Table - Comptoir **Communication** - Bannière - Newsletter - Réseaux sociaux Vous pouvez aussi utiliser des sous-catégories lorsque vous avez besoin d'un niveau d'organisation supplémentaire, pour affiner cette organisation.  --- ### **3. Créer ou importer les produits** Vous pouvez ensuite : - créer vos produits directement depuis le back-office - importer un catalogue existant. Lors de la configuration, vérifiez également l'usage prévu pour chaque produit : inclus dans un stand, obligatoire, optionnel ou disponible dans le catalogue additionnel. Pour les produits destinés au catalogue, vérifiez notamment le paramètre "Est un produit du catalogue".  --- ### **4. Vérifier le rendu d'affichage côté exposant** Une fois vos produits créés et configurés, vérifiez leur affichage depuis le catalogue, dans le parcours exposant. Vérifiez notamment : - les noms - les descriptions - les prix - les visuels - les catégories - les quantités - l'ordre d'affichage.   Ajoutez plusieurs produits au panier et vérifiez qu’il se met à jour correctement. Contrôlez ensuite que le récapitulatif reprend les produits sélectionnés, leurs quantités et leurs prix. Si vous proposez des codes de réduction, testez également leur application et le montant total obtenu avant de finaliser la commande.  **Point d'attention :** Les produits apparaissent âr défaut selon leur ordre d'affichage / alphabétique. Un catalogue contenant de nombreux produits devient rapidement difficile à utiliser s'il n'est pas correctement structuré.
