[Partenaires](https://help.inwink.com/fr/ev%C3%A8nements?hsLang=fr#partenaires) # Codes de réduction partenaires (avant le 18 janvier 2024) Cette page ne concerne que le fonctionnement des codes de réductions partenaires mis en place avant le 18 janvier 2024 ### Présentation Un code de réduction peut être affecté à un partenaire afin qu'il puisse proposer une remise à ses invités lors de l'achat d'un ou plusieurs billets pour l'événement. Un ou plusieurs codes de réduction peuvent être rattachés à un même partenaire. Lorsque l'invité va s'inscrire, pour que le code de réduction soit applicable, il existe deux solutions : - Soit l'invité ajoute manuellement le code dans le champ **Code de réduction** - Soit l'invité accède à la billetterie depuis un email d'invitation comprenant une URL personnalisée avec le code de réduction déjà renseigné : https://monevenement.fr/registration/purchase**?discount=NOMDUCODE** Un code est assigné à un partenaire lors de sa création. Une aide en ligne est disponible concernant la création de [codes de réduction](https://help.inwink.com/fr/creer-des-codes-de-reduction?hsLang=fr). ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-08-2023-09-41-31-2969-AM.png) ### Suivre l'utilisation d'un code pour un partenaire Afin de suivre l'utilisation des codes assignés à un partenaire, depuis le menu **Billetterie / Codes de réduction** : - Vous pouvez mettre en avant la colonne **Partenaire lié (Parent)** pour repérer chaque code de réduction assigné à un partenaire, la colonne **Nombre de codes utilisés** vous indique le nombre de fois où le code a été renseigné lors d'une commande - En cliquant sur le bouton ![](https://help.inwink.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Sep-06-2022-08-23-35-18-AM.png?width=31&name=undefined-Sep-06-2022-08-23-35-18-AM.png), vous pouvez voir la liste des commandes effectuées avec ce code de réduction ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/image-png-Nov-25-2022-02-25-49-4333-PM.png) ### Identifier les participants inscrits via un code de réduction partenaire - Depuis le menu **Participants / Tous les participants** : - Affichez la colonne **Code de réduction associée** - Filtrez la colonne en indiquant un code spécifique ou en sélectionnant le filtre **Est renseignée** pour afficher tous les participants inscrits avec un code de réduction ![undefined](https://storageprdv2inwink.blob.core.windows.net/bohelp/assets/pictures/06_Partenaires/2_Espace_exposant/4_Codes_de_reductions/FR_codes_partenaires_3.PNG) ### Suivi d'un code depuis l'espace partenaire Depuis son espace, un partenaire peut suivre l'utilisation de son ou ses codes de réduction. Pour cela, il doit se rendre dans le menu **Codes de réductions** où la liste des codes qui lui sont attribués apparait. Pour chaque code, il y a : - Le code à transférer aux invités - Le quota du code et le nombre de code utilisé : ![](https://help.inwink.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-13-2022-01-12-02-47-PM.png) 0/100 - Les informations de l'acheteur et du participant pour chaque utilisation du code : nom, prénom, email et société -
